First edition of Sedgemoor 1685 An Account and Anthology by David Chandler in the original publisher's cloth binding and unclipped dust wrapper. Signed, inscribed and dated 1985 to the title page by the author. From the library of Robin Bush, councilman and historian best known for his role as resident historian for the Channel 4 series Time Team. Includes a letter addressed to him from the publisher, gifting this book. Densely illustrated with eleven maps, two of which are folding, line drawings throughout the text by Stephen Beck, and sixteen monochrome plates. Collated, complete.  In the original publisher's cloth binding and unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, smart. There is some minor wear to the extremities of the dust wrapper including some creases and a small tear to the front. To the binding, there is some minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are bright and clean. Very Good .
